Asking me to come to a meeting and not know what it is about or what I can already think about is a loss of time. The problem is that often happens in the workplace. How many times did you get invited for a meeting but didn’t really know what the topic was?

By letting everyone know what they have to think about and even share their ideas already before the meeting, you often avoid that meetings become unproductive.

The more productive meetings are, and the fewer meetings are done, the more you’ll have time to serve your customers. That’s why a service designer is also making sure the work is done in the backstage is smooth so that the front stage work for the customer can happen.
